Oops there's more...

Baby news. The 17th was our last doctors apt, it went much faster than the first which was a relief and also a "Why did I have to come in here?" moment. But something really great did happen, we got to hear the heart beat. It was really amazing. And then a few days ago something else happened I got a belly. Talk about a wierd feeling, when you're stunned everytime you see your tummy, wierd. Heres a new photo:

UPDATE

OK, so I haven't been doing very well at keeping everyone informed. I've been blessed with morning sickness. (Which is a great reason for not blogging more often no matter what anyone says about you just have to sit at the computer instead of the couch. I got to say I pick the couch, and the Lemon Water, and the PSI Bracelets, and the Crackers, and the Heating Pad for my back.) So on top of everything else that is going on over here I'm a little backed up, on blogging, laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, and even having enough energy to care about being so far behind. And I Don't Even Have the Baby Yet! Yes I realize my life is now so different and will never be quite so carefree as just a few short months ago. But do you know what the real amazing thing about all this is? As awful and miserable as I may sound, and it's all true, I have never been so happy in all my life. I may not have a pair of stilettos on, or my hair done, or even makeup on, but I am showered with love and belly kisses. I may not have many to talk to, but my conversations are filled with excitement, anticipation, and wonder. My life is different, but it is such a wonderful change I never thought I would enjoy.
So what have we been doing? This should get you caught up.
HOME SEARCHING......mostly. We are in need of finding the right house, and it has taken up most of my time spent away. I have seen nearly 80 homes in the last week and a half. We have found a couple good prospects and are waiting to hear on one we have an offer on. So cross your fingers for us. AUTO BUYING.....as most of you know, my car was not very baby friendly and a new one was in order. We traded a sporty convertible, for a four door, gas friendly, five passenger sedan. We bought a black Audi A4. This will be Ryan's primary vehicle to go to work in, and I will be driving the Tahoe to save on Gas. SELLING THE BOAT......Yep we no longer have it. It is a relief to have these things out of the way, if we could find the house our list of pre-baby chores would finally come to a close. Then we could start attacking an actual list of baby items :) And That's All Folks

A few weeks ago Ryan and I went to the Big Island of Hawaii. We got to relax, and do some things I had only ever dreamed about. While we were there staying with Mom and Dad, the goat had a baby, there was a horrific rain storm and we had to walk through a newly formed river to get back to our cabin, and last but not least we got to swim with the Spinner Dolphins, something I have wanted to do my entire life. It was an interesting week and one we will never forget.

The First Purchase

Ryan just couldn't help it. He brought home a baby carrier for the bikes. It was pretty cute watching him check it out.
